-How long in advance should I place an order?
We recommend placing your order at least 6 months in advance.
- I don't have 6 months notice to give. Do you accept expedited orders?
You can still contact us for your expedited orders but please note that requests of that nature are subject to a fee. These request are also accepted on a case by case basis.
-I plan on loosing / gaining weight in the future to properly fit my gown. Can you accommodate these future changes?
As we applaud your choices to feel and look your best self, we ask that you approach dress making of such nature with a set and clear goal. We can discuss your ideal vital stats for your special day during measurements. This means that if you would like to add or subtract off your current stats you are welcome to; but please note that the measurements written that day will be final after your confirmation. Any additional changes may be subject to a "time sensitive fee".
- What is a "Time Sensitive Fee" ?
A "time sensitive fee" is a fee that is incurred when the client makes an additional or new request that requires additional labor outside of the designer's set schedule.
- Do you require a deposit?
We require a deposit for all orders. This deposit gives us the go ahead to begin sourcing your materials. The deposit is 50% of your quote. The remaining balance must be paid before your piece is taken home with you.
-How much will my dress cost?
The cost of dresses varies from piece to piece. Please contact us for a quote.
